Description This counterweight-free workshop crane is suitable for various applications in operations, workshops, construction sites, and assembly work. Manually movable and foldable, featuring a hydraulic lift. Design Features: Robust, torsion-resistant, welded steel construction made of hollow sections. Telescopic jib with 7 locking positions and pull-out safety stop. Swivel load hook according to DIN 15401. Chassis: Equipped with tow and steering drawbar (enables on-the-spot forced steering), fitted with polyamide wheels with diameters of Ø 200–250 mm depending on load capacity. Chassis Configuration: Parallel Chassis Locking Mechanism: By raising the steering drawbar and securing it with a spring bolt. Lift cylinder in pendulum suspension with hard-chromed piston rod. Single-acting hydraulic pump with finely adjustable release valve. Maintenance-free. Overload protection included. Finish: Painted in RAL 5002. Other RAL colours available on request. Assembly Instructions for the Workshop Crane: Unfold the chassis and secure with locking pins Erect the jib By reversing the procedure and removing the locking pins, the crane can be folded back into a compact and space-saving package within minutes. This workshop crane can also be moved while in its folded state. Delivery: Ready for use, pre-filled with hydraulic oil, delivered folded as compact cargo via freight forwarder.
