Chassis: Equipped with: A tow and steering bar (forced steering allows in-place rotation) and polyamide wheels with diameters ranging from 200-250 mm, depending on load capacity. Configuration: Parallel chassis. Chassis Locking Mechanism: Secured by raising the steering bar and locking with spring bolts. Hydraulic System: Lift Cylinder: Pendulum-mounted with a hard-chromed piston rod. Hydraulic Pump: Single-acting with a finely adjustable release valve. Maintenance-free and equipped with overload protection. Coating: Standard finish in RAL 5002. Other RAL colors available upon request. Assembly Instructions: Erect the column and boom. Connect and secure the column with tie rods using quick-release pins. Erect the hydraulic cylinder and secure it to the boom using quick-release pins. To fold the crane for transport and storage, reverse these steps. The crane can be collapsed into a compact, space-saving package within minutes. Delivery: The crane is delivered fully operational, pre-filled with hydraulic oil, and folded into a compact state. Shipping is handled by a freight forwarder.
