Product Description A specially formulated 100% acrylic floor coating designed for properly prepared interior and exterior floors, porches, patios, and cementitious surfaces. Easy to apply using a brush, roller, or conventional spray. Suitable for interior and exterior concrete and wooden floors. Product Attributes Excellent UV and weather resistance. Excellent fungal and algal resistance. Excellent physical durability and forms a hard coat resistant to abrasion, scratching, peeling, and cracking. Excellent chemical durability and resistance to water, fruit acids, and most household chemicals. Excellent long-term gloss effect. Coverage: 400 sq.ft/gal or 10 sq.m/L. Touch dry time (at 25°C): 30 minutes. Recoat dry time (at 25°C): 1 hour. Colours: Tile Red, Delta Green, Dusty Grey, Pewter, White, Terracotta, Golden Brown, Tile Green. Finish: Low Sheen. Recommendations for Surface Preparation For concrete surfaces, ensure the surface is clean of dirt and loose particles. Grease should be removed by washing with a diluted soap solution, then rinsed thoroughly with clean water. For wooden surfaces, ensure the surface is clean of dirt and loose particles. Any flaking paint or old polish should be removed. Floorboards should be primed with Berger Wood Primer Undercoat, allowed to dry, then coated with 2 coats of Berger Water-Based Floor Paint. Application Procedure When using a conventional spray, use a tip size of 1.8–2.2 mm and 40–50 psi. When using a brush or roller, apply even strokes to avoid runs and sags.
