Product Description A tough single pack floor paint that is hard and fast drying with excellent mar and abrasion resistance. Also, it is designed to resist oils, grease, dirt and diluted chemicals. Easy to apply using a brush, roller or airless spray. Can be used on interior and exterior porches, patios, walkways, garages, driveways and any other concrete or wooden surfaces. Product Attributes Great physical durability and forms a hard coat resistant to abrasion, scratching, peeling and cracking once subjected to light traffic. Great chemical durability and resistance to water, fruit acids and most household chemicals. Great fungal and algal resistance. Coverage: 105.7 sq.ft/L. Touch dry time (at 25°C): 2 hours. Recoat time (at 25°C): 8 hours. Available in Tile Red, Dusty Grey, Green. Finish: Glossy. Recommendations for Surface Preparation For concrete, plaster and masonry surfaces, ensure surface is clean, dry and free from all contaminants. Surface should be treated with Berger Etch Wash Primer. Previously painted concrete surfaces should be cleaned using Berger Reducer #4, rubbed lightly with abrasive paper, then primed using thinned Berger Epoxy Ester Floor Paint. For unpainted wooden surfaces, ensure surface is sanded to a smooth finish, then primed using Berger Wood Primer Undercoat. For previously painted wooden surfaces, ensure surface is sanded to a smooth finish. Application Procedure When using a brush or roller, apply even strokes to avoid runs and sags. When using an airless spray, use a tip size 0.33–0.38mm, 2000 psi. For Thinning and Easy Clean-Up, Use Berger Reducer #2.
