The Regal Red Mailbox

This free standing post box is certainly a head turner that brings English antique style and nostalgia to your yard. The first post boxes were erected during the 1850s in England and they still exist and represent a part of British history and heritage. The standard construction of these pillar boxes has been maintained throughout the years. The lower part is lockable on the front, an internal letter shelf, that allows you to catch post on it or let it fall to the bottom of the box and an upper lockable part that is intended for easy mail collection on the back side. This letterbox features a wide mail slot that is suitable for thick letters, A4 envelopes, newspapers and magazines. It comes with two keys, one for each lock and the box itself requires no assembly.
