GGG Moss 590 Side Saddle Black for 6 Shot Capacity

This is a very good product. It is well made, good looking, and functional. It installed easily and came with good directions in proper English. The unit is made out of aluminum so it will last a lot longer than its plastic competition. I was surprised at just how nice it was when I received it. At first I was reluctant due to the price, but I believe it is well worth it. My only complaint is with the mounting screws. The rear screw should have had a shoulder for optimal fit and installation. The instructions even said “sleeved” but it came with a standard threaded screw. The front screw replaced a low profile pan head screw with a countersunk flat head screw. Unfortunately the hole is not countersunk so it protrudes into the receiver. Not enough to contact the bolt but more than necessary. It will likely become a spot that requires extra cleaning for this reason. Overall this is a great product and will make a fine addition to your 590.
